Collector guide
From submission to verification.
Enquire while we prepare to launch, then use this guide when the service opens.
Build a simple card list
List the card name, set, card number, language and quantity. One line per type of card is enough, and a single card is welcome. The categories page is a starting point; exact eligibility still needs confirmation.
Accepted cardsEnquire before sending anything
Use the enquiry form or the email template on the same page. SatGrade is pre-launch. Keep your cards until you receive an agreed quote, explicit acceptance and shipping instructions.
Enquire about gradingWhen submissions open
The planned process is card-list review, a confirmed quote and timing, packing instructions, receipt confirmation, assessment, sealing and final inspection, then return tracking. The launch details will explain the included condition evidence and terms before you commit.
Service & pricingLook up a certificate
Enter the certificate number from the label on the Verify page. Compare the displayed card details and grade with the card in front of you. A serial lookup alone does not authenticate the physical NFC chip.
Check a cardTap the label
Enable NFC on a compatible phone and hold it near the top label. Open the link from the tap to see the chip check. Use the result of a fresh tap rather than an old screenshot or copied link.
How verification worksCheck the Bitcoin record
Open the certificate’s available proof to compare its data with the Bitcoin commitment. A pending anchor means the record is waiting for its batch. A matching proof checks the record; it does not independently judge the card or its value.
